You may not (or permit any third party to) use or exploit any Content except for its intended purpose, which is to assist GO TravelCard.com donate a portion of revenue generated on its Website from the sale of Travel Bookings ("Travel Bookings") derived from activities associated with travel, such as air fare, hotel stays and car rentals, to charitable organizations and causes organized and operated for purposes that are beneficial to the public interest. U.S. and foreign charity that qualifies as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or demonstrates to the IRS that it falls into another catergory may be included on the Website as an organization eligible to receive a donation from GO TravelCard.com. Except as provided herein, you may not (or permit any third party to) otherwise copy, reproduce, reuse, republish, distribute, upload, post, transmit, display, modify, create a derivative work based on, reverse engineer or otherwise use for public or commercial purposes any Content without the express writtern permission of GO TravelCard.com. You may not (or permit any third party to) take any action to contact directly anhy property owner or use any Content in a manner that is in violation of the rules and regulations promulgated by the New York State Department of State, the New York State Department of Banking, or any other federal, state, or local law or regulation. Further, you may not (or permit any third party to) use any Trademarks, including in any advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of information and materials from the Website, without the express written permission of GO TravelCard.com.

VIII. DONATION POLICY
GO TravelCard.com supports its local community by making donations to social causes and charitable organizations chosen by individuals who use our online site to book travel. Like all other internet-based referral travel sites, GO TravelCard.com is paid a commission whenever someone uses our host travel site to book travel. For every booking made, GO TravelCard.com will donate 10 percent of the resulting cash commission to a participating charitable organization selected by the traveler. Donations will be based on all travel bookings made on GO TravelCard.com's online travel site between the dates of 9/1/2011 and 8/31/2012.
GO TravelCard.com does not accept donations or gifts on behalf of any charitable organization.
IX. NON AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER
This web site is privately owned by an individual and is not affiliated with any other web site, computer company or organization. GO TravelCard.com is not affiliated with any nonprofit organization or charity listed on our web site for the purpose of participating in the One Million Travelers for Charity campaign. We do not receive monetary payment or services by said entities for being listed on our site. GO TravelCard.com does not endorse any of the charitable organizations participating in this campaign, nor does the participation of an organization constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by GO TravelCard. Morevover, a charitable organization's participation in the campaign does not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of any goods, services and/or products offered by GO TravelCard.com.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its choice of law provisions. Both you and GO TravelCard.com hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal cours located in New York.
